Q: What is different from LED luminous panels and LED slim light boxes / LED thin board?

A: Some client would call the led slim light boxes as LED luminous panel / Edge-lit led light panel,as the thickness of led slim light box is only 9 mm ~ 30 mm.The main different form LED luminous panels and led slim light boxes / led thin board is the aluminium frame.The led slim light boxes / led thin board with the aluminium frame to hold the poster / Film.And the led light boxes / LED light board with the holes / hanging parts.easy mount onto the wall.

Q:How long is the wires of led slim light box?

A:The wires could divide into three parts, total length is approximately 10 feet long.

Q:How is your outdoor led light panel?Is it waterproof?

A:We have two kinds of waterproof led light panel.

(1) The waterproof led light panel for exterior usage (IP64)

The 8 mm acrylic (hide the led inside the acrylic channel) +  L aluminium / U aluminium channel on the edge +  3M waterproof sticker on the edge.

(2) The waterproof led light panel fix onto the waterproof aluminium frame(IP63)

The 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm acrylic    +   L aluminium / U aluminium channel on the edge    +   3M waterproof sticker on the edge.

Q:Could you offer the customized wire output?

A:YES,we offer customized wire output as clients request.And we could offer the meanwell adapter you need,add the plug wire for you.

Q:Do you have price advantage for meanwell adapter?

A:YES,please tell us t he code you need,and we would quote the price to you.

And we could add the connect wire and plug wire for you.Then it would convenient for your project.

Q：How to prevent the color different of LED light panel?

A:The color of led would be different for different batch.Even they arre with same brightness,same voltage,same color temperature,there would still different when they put gother.So the led light panel would with color different for different batch.

Only the same batch led strip could achieve the same color.

If you need the similar color led light panel,you could send us a sample.And we could try to find the similar color led strip for you.Maybe it would be find after 3-4 test.And the color just similar,not 100% same as your sample.

Q:Is it any way to change the nature white led light panel into the warm white led light panel?

A:Maybe you could cover the printing color injket film onto the nature white led panel to change the color.

Choice the similar color and printing the color injket film.

Q：How to hide the laser dot of led light panel?

A:The laser dot would not seem if you add the diffuser panel / diffuser film or white injket film.But the brightness of led panel would be reduce a little if cover the diffuser panel / diffuser film or white injket film.

Q：Is it ok produce the customized aluninum extrusion slim light box?

A:It is OK.But as you need the cutomized aluminum extrusion,it need to make a mould at the first,

Please send us design file in DXF format.We would quote the mould fee(about 300-500 USD) at the first.

And the aluminum factory would request the MIN qty（about 100 KG) for your customized aluminum extrusion.

Q:How to know the power of the light guide plate?

A:The most easy way is test by the power meter.For batch order,we would add the stricker on the backsided to shows the power ,led color and produce time.

You could contact us,and told us the produce time,we could check for the power for you.

Q：How to add the DC female wire and plug for Meanwell adapter LPV-35-12?

A:Connect the DC female wire on left end,connect the plug wire on the right end.Add the heat shrink tubing on the connect area.

Q：Do you have CE / UL / SAA certificaiton?

A:We choice hte materital with certification:

Q:What kind of adapter could be used?Do you offer the adapter?

A:We could offer the adapter if you need.For adapter,it need check the power of your project.

The adapter could be work well when use less than 70%-75% rated power.If it work on 85%-100% rated power,it would be hot when you touch the shell.

And its life-span would be reduce.

For example,the adater LPV-35-12,it would be better work less than 24.5 W.

Q:How to order?

A:Tell us the size and quantity you need.If custom design,please send us your drawing,then we would quote you the best price in 12 hours.

Once you confirm the quotation,we would send the PI for payment.You could pay by PayPal / T/T / Western Union ) .

It would take 3~7 days for sample;7~20 days for quantity order.

And we could arrange the shipment for you.Express / Air freight / Ocean shipment.You could ask your freight agent contact us for shipment as well.

Q:How to deal with when the product receive with some problem?

A:It is rare,as we would light up 24 hour and check them before do the clen and the packing.And we would pack well.

Please contact us at the first time if you found any problem.Show the photo or vedio to us.

We would send the parts to you repair locally.If you need a new one,we would make it for you if you need.

Q:Could you show your client list?Why could not find you on the US Customs Data?

A:We have sold to all over the world for many years.At the first,we sold by the trade company,not shows any our info on the shipment;Then we try to attend the fair,and contact the foreign clients by us,but the shipment was arrange by the freight agent,not shows our company info as well; Now our main product is the led light panel,it send to the other supplier of clients for assemble,and then arrange the shipment,so our info not shows as well.

We afraid we could not shows our client list,as to protect our current clients.But we could shows some picture similar the project you inquiry for your reference.
